Job Summary: The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. This position is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources in an inpatient medical setting. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse practices professional nursing by performing both
independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with
accepted practice standards. This position initiates and performs nursing care through
health promotion, supportive or restorative care, disease prevention, diagnosis and
treatment using specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill.

Essential Responsibilities: - Complies with all quality, safety, and emergency policies
and procedures - Demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical
practice - Ensures patient safety in the preparation and provisioning of care - Evaluates
health status through collection and assessment of health data - Collects subjective and
objective data and analyzes reports and records - Uses data to identify health care
problems and create appropriate plans - Prioritizes patient needs and triages patients in
person or via telephone - Implements proper course of action in accordance with
established protocols - Evaluates emergency situations and initiates appropriate nursing
interventions - Provides health teaching and counseling to patients and/or families
Executes delegated medical functions consistent with the medical plan - Administers

Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Current state Registered
Nurse license - BLS certification required - Minimum one year of nursing experience
preferred - Specialty certification may be required based on clinic specialty

Physical Requirements: - Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and
healthcare team - Manual dexterity to perform clinical procedures with precision - Ability
to stand and move throughout the clinic during shift - Visual acuity for patient
assessment and documentation

Work Schedule: - Full-time or part-time positions available - Primarily weekday hours
with occasional evening clinics - No weekend or holiday requirements in most positions

Pay Range: $33.00 - $53.00 per hour based on experience

Job Summary: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides professional
nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This position is responsible for
the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients
of all ages presenting with emergent and urgent conditions. The ED RN must
demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to prioritize
care based on patient acuity.

Essential Responsibilities: - Rapidly assesses and triages patients according to
established protocols - Recognizes and responds to emergency situations, initiating
appropriate interventions - Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
Documents patient care accurately and completely in electronic medical record
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Communicates effectively with patients and families during high-stress situations
Monitors patient condition and reports significant changes to physician - Provides
discharge instructions and education to patients and families - Participates in trauma
team activations and code situations - Maintains current knowledge of emergency
nursing practices and procedures

Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Current state RN license
BLS certification required - ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months
