Registered Nurse - Burn Medical ICU (Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus)
Hourly Pay Range: $34.67 – $50.90 / hour

About the Role:
As a Burn ICU RN, you will play a critical role in delivering specialized care to patients with complex burn injuries. Working in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide advanced patient-centered care that meets the highest clinical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough patient assessments during admissions and throughout shifts
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses and intervening as necessary
• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery plans, ensuring informed consent is obtained
• Implement evidence-based practices to promote a safe and positive patient experience (AIDET, Teach-Back, SAFETY rounding, etc.)
• Advocate for patients and families while supporting organizational values and vision
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and providers, escalating concerns as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse License (active and in good standing)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – within 30 days of start
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – within 30 days of start
• Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in Critical Care, Burn ICU, or Medical ICU settings is highly preferred
