Registered Nurse – ICU (Night Shift) | Long-Term Housing Available

Location: Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time | 0.9 FTE | 72 hours per pay period (Night Shifts)
Pay Range: $35.29 - $54.71/hr (based on experience)

About the Role:
As an ICU RN, you will deliver specialized care to patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes while contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct, patient-centered care using the nursing process
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Support patient and family education throughout the care continuum
Precept new hires and foster professional growth within the team
Engage in evidence-based practice to ensure patient safety and positive clinical outcomes
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited or state board-approved RN program (BSN preferred)
Active RN License (State of Colorado or compact)
BLS & ACLS certifications (required within 30 days of hire)
6+ months of ICU or PCU RN experience OR completion of a fellowship program
TNCC or ATCN (within 1 year of hire)
PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)
Preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
